Petr Cech’s performances in this season of sweet fruit when Chelsea decided to extend a new contract for four years for the Czech Republic’s goalkeeper. Cech this season looks pretty much up and down while finally able to get up at four months of the season 2011/2012 as the arrival of Roberto di Matteo as a caretaker to replace Andre Villas-Boas.

Arguably the success of Chelsea won the Champions League and FA Cup this season could not be separated from Cech role under the rule. Especially in the final match Bayern Munich and in which he managed to ward off the penalty Arjen Robben and Bayern in the last two penalties. Top of Cech’s performance was eventually given a new contract that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2016. Since moving from Rennes eight years ago, Cech immediately become the primary choice in the goalkeeper position.

She has made 369 appearances in all competitions and presents three Premier League titles, four FA Cup titles and two League Cups and was named the club’s best player last season. Cech is very pleased to be part of this great club for the next four years. He hopes the next four years will be as successful as the last eight years I was at this club.
